Concept & feasibility
You share your product concept — a category, a formula, or a complete spec sheet. We review for encapsulation feasibility, flag any formulation challenges, and confirm whether the project is a fit before any commitments are made.
Formula & specification review
Your formula is reviewed in detail — ingredient by ingredient. Fill weight targets, capsule size, shell type (gelatin or HPMC), and batch size are confirmed in writing before production setup begins. No ambiguity going into the run.
Ingredient sourcing & intake
You can supply your own ingredients or we assist with sourcing. All incoming raw materials are quarantined, logged, and CoA-verified before being approved for production. No unverified materials reach your formula.
Production & in-process QC
Ribbon blending, automated capsule filling, and bottling — with in-process fill-weight checks throughout. You're informed if anything needs attention. No surprises after the fact.
Packaging & label verification
Your label is matched to the batch before bottling begins. Label-to-batch verification is documented on every run — critical for label claim accuracy and retail compliance. Your brand name, your design, your label.
Finished goods & batch records
